Price before the visit
From your description and photos we estimate the job at Antalya market rates and give you the price. The handyman comes only once you agree.
Call-out included
No separate fee for travel or inspection. For distant areas (such as Alanya or Korkuteli) the price may be higher — we tell you in advance.
Not fixed — no charge
If we couldn't do the job through our own fault, you pay nothing.
If the job can't be done for reasons on your side (no access, water not shut off, missing parts), you pay only the call-out — 500 TL. If the job turns out bigger on site, the handyman gives a new price before starting — if you decline, you pay nothing. Urgent visits cost extra, depending on distance. Materials at store price, no markup. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the visit.
Who pays in which case

If something we did stops working, we come back and fix it for free.
The guarantee doesn't apply if:
- someone else altered or took apart the work;
- the damage came from misuse, overloading or impact;
- the problem is in materials or appliances you bought yourself — we answer for the installation, not for product defects;
- the cause is the state of the building: damp walls, old pipes, power surges, settling;
- normal wear: darkened sealant, scuffed paint.
What's included: a return visit and redoing the work for free. Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; if we bought them, we handle the exchange.
How to claim: message us on WhatsApp with a photo and the date of the job. We reply within an hour and come within 3 working days — the same day if there is a risk of flooding or electric shock.
This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Do I pay for the call-out?
No, the call-out is included in the price. If we couldn't do the job through our fault, you pay nothing. Only if the job can't be done for reasons on your side (no access, missing parts, nobody home) do you pay the call-out — 500 TL.
How soon can a handyman come?
We reply within an hour and agree on a time that suits you. We also take urgent calls (a leak, no power): if a handyman is free, he sets off within 10 minutes of confirming. Urgent visits cost extra, depending on distance.
What if the handyman is late?
We arrive at the agreed time. If the handyman is more than an hour late and didn't warn you, you get 10% off the job.
What language does the handyman speak?
Russian, English and Turkish — explain in whichever is easiest for you.
Who buys materials and parts?
Ideally you do — we send you a list in advance. If needed, the handyman buys everything himself: at store price, no markup, with a receipt if the store gives one.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes: 12 months on furniture assembly, mounting and painting, 6 months on plumbing, electrical work and appliance connection. If something we did breaks, we come back and fix it for free.
How can I pay?
After the job — in cash or by bank transfer (IBAN). We don't accept cards yet.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Antalya province: the central districts (Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Lara, Kepez, Döşemealtı, Aksu), the coast from Kemer to Alanya (Belek, Side, Manavgat, Mahmutlar, Kargıcak) and mountain areas such as Korkuteli. For distant areas the price may be higher — we tell you in advance, together with the price of the job.
I rent my flat. Can I call a handyman without the landlord?
Yes. If the work changes the flat — drilling walls, replacing a tap or a lock — it's best to tell the landlord first. If you want to show them the result, tell us in advance and the handyman will take before-and-after photos.
Can you install a new washing machine or dishwasher?
Yes, but first check whether the brand offers free installation by its own service (yetkili servis). In Turkey, installation by a third party can void the manufacturer's warranty on a new appliance. If there's no such service or the appliance isn't new, we'll gladly connect it.
What if my job isn't on the list?
Choose “Other” in the form, describe the job in your own words and attach a photo. If it's not something we do, we'll tell you honestly.
